STC — The Specific Training Center for Petroleum Industries (Zawia) is Libya’s flagship vocational institute for the oil and gas sector, established in 1976 within the National Oil Corporation ecosystem. Programmes combine workshop practice, safety culture, and sector-aligned competencies.

About STC
STC promotes petroleum-sector vocational training and partnerships across Libya. Communications ensures consistent messaging for trainees, employers, and the National Oil Corporation ecosystem.
Role overview
Drive STC's visibility among Libyan industry partners, trainees, and government stakeholders through campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute outreach for intake cycles, open days, and partner briefings.
- Maintain brand consistency across brochures, social posts, and press packs.
- Coordinate with Training and Student Affairs on cohort announcements.
- Track engagement metrics and report monthly to the Director General's office.
- Support crisis communications and media coordination for campus events.
Qualifications
Must-have: degree in marketing, communications, or related field; portfolio of campaigns or events. Nice-to-have: Arabic copywriting; Canva/Adobe basics; experience in education or vocational training promotion.
