The Specific Training Center for Petroleum Industries (Zawia) delivers vocational and technical programmes for Libya’s petroleum sector under the National Oil Corporation ecosystem. IT underpins finance, HR, training operations, and campus services.

Role overview

Lead configuration and rollout of Odoo ERP modules for finance, HR, and procurement. Translate business requirements from department heads into workflows, reports, and integrations while safeguarding data quality and access control.

Key responsibilities

• Map AS-IS / TO-BE processes with Finance, HR, and Training units.
• Configure apps, access rights, and automated actions; document change requests.
• Support UAT, training sessions, and go-live cutover for the Zawia campus.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure on backups, staging environments, and security baselines.
• Support helpdesk escalation for functional issues and minor data corrections.

Qualifications

Must-have: 3+ years in business analysis or ERP functional consulting; SQL basics; strong documentation habits. Nice-to-have: Odoo or similar ERP; oil & gas / education sector exposure; Arabic/English professional proficiency.
